Job Responsibilities：

1. Track industry technology trend, actively participate to domain knowledge map and product strategy planning
2. Good understanding of big data market (technology, tools, trend, business model, players, opportunities)
3. Responsible for data analysis and mining of telecommunications business。
4. Identify patterns, relationships and customer value of telecommunication data, identify business opportunity
5. Together with cross functional team, Setup, develop, maintain and optimize big data platform。
6. Setup a data mining and analysis system based on a big data platform, and give data-based suggestions for the optimization and upgrading of existing products
7. Carry out big data analysis, realize and support the data analysis needs of business departments

Job requirements：

1. Proficient in common machine learning algorithms (and classification, regression, clustering, association rules, etc.) and their principles, and have a deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning
2. Proficient in using Excel, ppt, data analysis software R/python, proficient in SQL
3. Possess strong logical thinking ability, data sensitivity, good at using data to mine information value, discover and solve problems
4. Data analysis experience in the Internet and communication industries is preferred
5. Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to turn detailed data into business opportunity and value
6. Strategic thinking, see the big picture. Willingness and proven ability to make things happen.
7. Self-motivated, good team player.
8. Statistics, mathematics, economics and other related professional background; at least 5 years of data analysis work experience
