Description:

    

·       Be responsible for survey, introduction and validation of new materials to optimize the systematic performance (thermal, weight, reliability, etc.) from material science perspective.

    

·       Track material technology frontier, share and engage the investigation in Ericsson Global, maintain roadmap, and drive implementation into the product development.

    

·       Build up external network within material society.

    

·       Drive cooperation with ecosystem for large scale application.

    

Qualifications:

    

·       Master degree or above in Materials Chemistry, Materials Science and Engineering or equivalent.

    

·       Excellent knowledge of material science.

    

·       Deep insight and physics know-how in cooling refrigerants, thermal interface materials, chip packaging materials, ceramics, polymer and variant metal alloys.

    

·       Self-motivated and highly creative.

    

·       Be proactive & accountable, result-oriented.

    

·       Has curious & logic mind, good at manual craft, test and analysis.

    

·       Skilled in communication, networking and willing to influence others.

    

·       Fluent oral & written English.

    

·       Research experience in material engineering for electronic devices. (preferred)

    

·       Good knowledge in Thermal Design area. (Preferred)

    

·       Good knowledge in Mechanical Design area. (Preferred)

    

·       Good knowledge of DFM (Design for manufacturing) & DFA (Design for Assembly). (Preferred)
