Location: Beijing, Shanghai, or work from home depending on need

You will:
The Principal/Senior Consultant will work in a cross functional consulting team involved in project
delivery, project management and customer services, marketing and supporting clients primarily in
oil and gas downstream/petrochemicals/chemicals unit owner and secondarily in the local Process
industry. This position will include a large variety of projects and offers great opportunities for
personal and professional career development.

You will need:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.S.E.) from four-year University and above, in chemical,
process, mechanical, etc. is preferred.
2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the petrochemicals, chemical process industry, and 5-10
years of experience in HSE/risk engineering
3. Experience on Process Safety Management (PSM)
4. Skilled in carrying out various safety studies such as HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, SIL etc.
5. Close relationship with petrochemicals or chemical industry will be a plus
6. Strong communication and presentation skills
7. Ability to work positively and effectively both as individual and team
8. High motivate and responsibility awareness when dealing with clients and marketing activity
9. Highly committed to project delivery and management
10. Ability to express technical solutions effectively and resolve contentious issues
11. Eager to learn and develop yourself
12. Having a high degree of adaptability and flexibility
13. Excellent in English speaking and writing
