Job Responsibility:

  

• Supplier evaluation；Supplier development

• Start RFQ and analyze quotes also with web- based or supported tools and databases

• Work with supply partners in their facility; sourcing and implementation of the highest quality and lowest cost component parts

• In charge of sourcing all kinds of mechanical parts and production equipment

• Contract negotiation and conclusion

• Obtain competitive quotation. Make sure suppliers to understand RFQ condition and term as well as technical specification. Shorten quotation Lead Time to meet company target

• Receive and update purchasing parameter into SAP system, execute purchasing agreement

• Audit of supplier together with SQE

• Planning, timing and review of sourcing processes internal and together with supplier

• Ask samples and arrange delivery with vendors to meet R& D prototype run and pilot run requirements

   

  Qualification:

                        

• University degree in 'Mechanical’or 'Engineering' or 'Purchasing and Supply Chain Management’or similar education

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in the field of supply chain management or sourcing and procurement

• Extensive knowledge in sourcing of mechanincal parts

• Extensive knowledge in production and manufacturing processes and methods

• Extensive knowledge and experience in contract and price negotiation

• Knowledge of supplier development methods

• Proficiency in oral and written English

• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
