岗位需求：外贸业务员

岗位职能：运用B2B平台以及一些客户开发方法开发新客户，维护老客户，完成业绩指标。本公司工贸一体，自有工厂，并有多个B2B平台和推广方式。欢迎对水泵机电自动化行业有憧憬的外贸人一起沟通进步。

岗位职能要求：

1. 大学本科或以上，大学英语4级（CET4）或以上；

2. 会简单图片处理，会Photoshop基本操作者优先；

3. 工作细心，具有强烈的进取心，务实稳定，热爱外贸销售，语言表达能力强；

4. 乐于分享，有较强的责任心和团队合作能力；

5. 懂水泵机电机械自动化者优先考虑，有外贸业务工作经验者优先考虑；

6. 思维敏捷，做事努力的应届生也欢迎，成绩优秀，三好学生，奖学金获得者优先考虑。

职业规划：

A. 1-2个月熟悉公司架构，产品信息，平台操作，事务训练，参加相应培训努力提升综合业务能力。利用平台等方式发展 新业务，维护公司现有业务。

B. 品行端正并且销售业绩表现突出的业务专员，可参加作为储备干部的一些管理方面培训，后期可带销售团队。

薪酬待遇：

1. 应届毕业生：底薪 +（提成）+补贴

   有相应工作经验的应聘者： 底薪 +（提成）+补贴

2. 签订正规劳动合同

3. 按国家劳动法规定提供五险一金

4. 双休+法定假期，工作时间9:00 to 17:00

5. 免费中餐+住宿
