Department: Wellington College China Central Office - Institute of Learning

Supervisor: Project Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Arrange domestic and overseas business travel for the IoL Directors, including booking flights/train tickets, hotel, local transport and meeting schedule in liaison with local administrators;
2. Process office related reimbursement, expense claims and payment to vendors;
3. Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, IoL led training across WCC, including logistics arrangement and room setup;
4. Other assigned work requested by the line manager.

                    

    

He or she is expected to work with us at least four days per week. There's opportunity to be officially employed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Undergraduate or postgraduate student

Major: Administration, English, Education or related major preferred

Language: Native Chinese speaker and fluent in English

Working experience: Previous administrative intern experience preferred 

Expertise:

• Good communication in English and Chinese
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Initiative, resourceful, very organised, and with high sense of responsibility

Preferred Aptitudes:

• Cross-cultural working experience is preferred
• Strong passion for the education industry
• Personal integrity, accountability and credibility
