本岗位的工作职责为：

  

Responsibilities:

  

- Lead, coach and motivate a team and handle the daily management of the Corporate Secretarial Services to the clients, ensure the service quality

  

带领团队成员，对向客户提供的公司秘书服务进行日常管理，确保服务质量；

  

- Review and supervise the team to complete the business registration, visa application, business licenses and other relevant certificates applications and custody

  

监督审核团队成员完成客户工商登记手续、外籍人员来华就业手续，管理客户证照;

  

- Maintaining contacts with clients, colleagues and external advisors

  

维护与客户、同事及外部顾问的关系；

  

- Roll out internal procedures and processes (best practices) in order to maximize the efficiency

  

执行内部制度与流程，提高工作效率

  

- Establish regular trainings or sharing to accounting staff

  

组织内部培训或分享

  

- Participate to ad hoc projects

  

其他管理、协调工作等。

  

 

  

任职资格

  

Qualifications:

  

- Education: Bachelor degree or above in legal or English;

  

大学本科及以上学历，法律或英语专业；

  

- Work experience: 5~8 years or above experiences in business registration, 1~2 years experiences as a team leader, experiences in professional firms is a plus;

  

5~8年以上工商登记工作经验，1~2年带领团队的经验，有专业咨询服务机构经历优先

  

- Good spoken and written skills both in English and in Chinese;

  

优秀的中英文口头和书面表达能力；

  

- Strong organizational skills and time management skills, good communication skills, excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team;

  

较强的组织能力和时间管理能力、良好的沟通能力、优秀的人际交往能力、能够融入一个富有活力的管理团队。

  

- Government authority communication experience is a plus;

  

有政府部门沟通经验者优先；

  

- Mature and stable, willingness to work under pressure

  

成熟稳定，能承受工作压力；

  

- Legal Professional Qualification Certificate or other work related qualification is preferred.

  

有法律专业资格者优先。
