Content & Media Management
? Manage all content, both online and print, for the success of marketing and
admissions
? Manage the school’s website, ensuring the ‘shop window’ to the school is kept
up to date, presenting new and relevant content and recommendations for
development
? Conduct regular interviews with international and local staff, parents, and
students, and manage all interview content
? Conduct regular reporting of school activities
? Publish content regularly on social media platforms such as WeChat,
Facebook, and LinkedIn, ensure that they have a clear purpose (parental
engagement and new lead generation) and can be tracked and monitored
? Deliver the school’s newsletter ensuring that it is presented in the best format
for ease of reading by the parents and is delivered on time
Photography & Imagery Management
? Use technical photography equipment (camera, lenses, etc), to capture and
process images/videos that fully show the excellent day-to-day teaching,
learning, school life, events, and after-school activities at school
? Edit images to ensure maximum aesthetic effect
? Constantly improve image/video quality using various editing methods
? Effectively communicate with school staff, students, and parents to capture
poses that don’t look posed
? Arrange objects, scenes, lighting and background to adhere to specifications
? Manage an up-to-date image/video archive that is easily accessible and
ensure images and videos are properly categorized so that they are readily
retrievable when needed
? Liaise with external professional photographers/videographers for major
events
? Manage the school’s marketing image library, ensuring image use for
marketing purposes adheres to school policies
Agent Liaison & Creative Media Exploration
? Liaise with and monitor the effectiveness of digital agents
? Proactively explore new media platforms, such as Douyin, Toutiao, and RED, to
try out new ways for digital enquiry generation.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
? Work with the Events and Partnership Manager to ensure events and fairs are
effectively promoted via digital and social media sources
? To manage effective personal and professional development as part of the
school’s commitment to CPD
? To fulfill other tasks that may be required by the Marketing and Admissions
Director or delegated representative
? To ensure that statutory responsibilities and company policies are upheld
regarding Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, Data Protection and other
relevant statutes, policies and procedures
? To promote and adhere to the school’s vision and mission and its guiding
statements
? To perform other related duties as required.
REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
? At least 3 years full-time work experience, preferably in social media, content
marketing, digital media, photography, etc.
? Understanding of image/video editing tools (such as Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Final
Cut)
? Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
? Previous experience in a multinational corporation or a multicultural working
environment preferred.
? Ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic: reliable, punctual, treat people
with respect and professionalism.
? Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Strong attention to detail, record keeping, and process.

Approved by the Ministry of Education and Shanghai Municipal Education Commission, Britannica International School Shanghai is accommodated in a newly refurbished custom-built school. It has a capacity for 750 pupils from 2 to 18 years of age. It is situated within the high quality residential and educational area of Gubei/Hongqiao.
