工作职责:

1、基带测试执行：熟悉手机综测仪，数控电源、示波器等仪器，能够根据标准要求完成 基带测试，准确输出测试数据 ；

2、基带测试报告：了解硬件规范要求，根据不同标准，按照规范要求，准确输出测试报 告和测试数据。

3、逆向改进：能够通过之前产品质量问题或者其它产品测试问题，通过反思，同步更新 测试用例，及时拉通其它产品，完善射频测试。

任职资格:

1、 对手机基础技术有系统的了解；

2、 对手机硬件、通信技术有一定的了解；

3、 了解手机硬件电源管理、驱动模块，对硬件规范协议要善于研究和钻研；

4、 熟练操作手机综测仪、程控电源、示波器等。

个人素质：1、有一定的电子电路、模电、数电专业知识 2、积极主动、责任意识要强 3、有团队合作精神
