1. Manage resources, schedules, P&L and performance throughout the Go Wide project development cycle
2. Be responsible for project JD BBS, work closely with key client JD to expand the market share in low-tier cities
3. Monitor the field sales team to track the objective fulfill rate, manage the issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery
4. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery
5. Have good knowledge of targeted cities, understand the business model and eco-system, and communicate with headquarter timely

职位要求：

1. ＞5 years’ experience in route to market/sales of FMCG industry;
2. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, develop, and grow teams and to be inspiring to others.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills.
4. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
5. Able to travel frequently, 50% travel
