5Make sure UPSCO Airline Security procedures are followed 

确保维护和遵守UPS航空安全流程 

 6Make contact with flight crew, know about their request for pre-flight, coordinate others team to provide related service to ensure flight crew perform their duty safely and smoothly 

与机组沟通，了解机组航班前的要求，协调各个部门做好飞机保障工作，使机组工作安全且流畅

7Control and Monitor the aircraft loading process all the time, make sure all kinds of vendor service such as aircraft fueling, lavatory serice, crew catering are performed according to UPSCO requirement 

 控制飞机装机进程，确保机坪各个vendor按照UPS要求为飞机完成各种服务（污水服务，飞机餐食，飞机加油）

8Follow Load Confirmation Process  Load Manifest Accuracy Check to make sure the flight is safe to depart. 

遵守UPS装机相关流程以确保航班出港航班安全 

9Load Handling and ULD Control    

盘点集装器和一些系统输入工作  

10Make contact with flight crew, know about their request for pre-flight, coordinate others team to provide related service to ensure flight crew perform their duty safely and smoothly

11Weight & Balance, including the DWB system handling, make sure flight on time departure, and maximize the payload utilization. 

平衡系统操作，确保航班准点且载量***化利用 

12Keeping contact with flight dispatcher in US, obtain data of aircraft limitation such as fuel，payload and FCMEL restriction, adjust the aircraft load plan accordingly 

飞机签派保持沟通，及时获得每个航班的各种限制例如载量，位置限重与FCMEL限制，等并相应的调整配载计划

13 Maintain inventory about on hand volumes after flight operation completed and send flight operation report  

航班操作完毕后，更新on hand 货量和货量信息，发送航班操作报告

14Preform DG acceptance audit and create Dangerous Good load plan and make sure it complys with IATA and UPS safety procedures.   

完成危险品收运工作，并确保危险品装载符合IATA和UPS要求

15Office in charge, Coordinator with HUB department and communication with vendors and other Airline for CC flight operation.      

协调HUB各个部门，并与vendor以及其他航空公司沟通好商业航班事宜

16Analyze Daily operation by various report.     

 使用各种报告分析每天的操作
