Job Title:  Sr. Manager, Business Support

Job Description:

lAssist the head of the organization to manage the business support department,

lFocus on new customers and maintaining existing customers with National Wide Coverage; Develop and maintain strategic relationships within and across each customer organization.

lNetwork Optimization, Route Optimization, Cross Border Supply Chain Solutions, Warehouse Layout Design and Customer Specific Operation Optimization.

lExplore and Deploy New Services/Capabilities that Deliver Innovative Solutions for Customers. Execute and Manage Supply Chain Consulting and Modelling Projects

lPricing: Rates Table Management and Price Quotation

lIdentify, drive market R&D, and develop potential revenues at agreed benchmark levels of profitability.

lRegularly review with customer. Recommend  / implement changes in the relationship where necessary to maximise mutual value.

lDevelop extensive knowledge of our customers’ business, their customers and their critical business issues.

lConduct periodic customer satisfaction survey. Recommend and implement actions to increase levels of satisfaction and customer loyalty.

lTo work with operations personnel across all Business Units in ensuring the level of service that meets customer expectations.

lInitiator and key driver in Key Customer ‘s continuous improvement programmes. (CIP)

lProvide Business Solutions for incremental business of Key Strategic Customer

lIdentify & develop the full potential of assigned customers. To work in tandem with BD personnel for contractor renewal  through RFQ and incremental business

Job Requirement:

•       8 years management working experiences or above in MNC or SOE supply chain logistics 3PL company or manufacturing experience is preferred
•       Bachelor degree or above.
•       Fluent in English, can be used as a working language.

DPDHL与顺丰控股的联合将打造一个独一无二的平台——顺丰DHL供应链中国，满足中国市场对优质端到端供应链服务的需求。业务仍将遵循DPDHL全球的标准体系，由现有的团队继续运营管理。
