1.  Oversee the Contact and transaction teams for the Service Center
2.  Ensure all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective service to customers.
3.  Monitor and manage case volume and workload across the team
4.  Identify process gaps and improve work efficiencies
5.  Administer quality checks and audits to verify data accuracy
6.  Provide direct and timely feedback to team members
7.  Ensure all complaints are promptly resolved to meet compliance requirements 
8.  Interviews, hires and trains associates; plans, assigns and directs work; assesses performance and takes the vital action to achieve peak performance. 
9.  Coaches associates relative to career and team development. 
10.  Reports service center performance metrics to Human Resources and Business Leadership using relevant metrics. 
11.  Create a culture of customer focus and process improvement
12.  Identify process gaps and encourage cross-functional engagement and resolution

Required Experience

1.  Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related discipline required 
2. At least 4 years prior experience leading an HR Contact center including designing, planning and implementing standard best in class contact center solutions
3.  In addition to Contact center experience, prior experience in HR Generalist or HRBP capacity 
4.  Excellent interpersonal communication skills 
5.  Proven ability to manage a team 
6.  Knowledge of Human Resources operations and policies 
7.  Ability to make sound decisions in accordance with corporate policies
8.  Must have an eye towards continuous improvement and desire to optimize processes and efficiencies within the Service Center.
