Main Accountabilities:

• Manage Forecast from customers with Vendors and make sure product plans in place, ensure 100% delivery.
• Analyse weekly sales and stock information and double check if there is any changes of forecasts.
• Work with vendors to use forecasts to take costs out of their supply chain
• To educate vendors on our chain principles and process.
• To support Sourcing & QA team to ensure us continue to source new vendors that are able to deliver the business plan and minimize chance of shipment delays.
• Manage Vendor Performance, ensure regular operational review meetings take place with key vendors, help poor performers to improve.
• Improve working capital by providing efficient supply chain solutions.
• Develop close working relationship with customers' supply chain team.
• Ensure all CPAs are managed and delivered on time
• Regular vendor visits when necessary to monitor and help Vendor improve their supply chain performance.

• At least 2 years supply chain experience, preferably in sourcing/trading business (export).
• Good communicaiton & negotiation skills
• Familiar with PC skills, particularly on Microsoft Office software
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• University graduate with bachelor degree on supply chain management, logistics
• Good English level on business writing, reading and speaking
