Responsibilities

· Interface with supplier/factory on production readiness and fulfillment.

· To follow up on risk items for each phase, co-work with a cross functional team and suppliers/factory to take actions to fix all risks.

· Calibrate cross-functional teams with external partners to prepare for production ramp and product transitions.

· Drive ramp/factory readiness with internal teams as well as external partners such as production readiness, tooling readiness, human resources, material availability, capacity readiness, transition plans.

· Plan and execute development (NPI) builds, and ensure these products transition to production according to the schedule, quality, and capacity targets.

· Provide support for products in a sustaining environment. To meet production input/put, packout, shipment requirement.

· Send a daily / weekly report or ramp build report to the core team to update and track all critical issues / items.

· Overall support  FTE.

Qualifications

· BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

· At least 5 years work experience in program manager or equivalent practical experience.

· Experience in consumer electronics or similar industry.

· Experience in working with global and cross-functional internal and external teams.

· Experience in NPI project development & management, and production transition to MP.

· Strong knowledge of product, assembly process, test and quality is a plus.

· Excellent logic thinking, communication, coordination and management skill

· Excellent planning and organizing and leadership ability

· Good attitude, enthusiasm, pro-active and team work spirit.

· Good English written and oral skills.

· Willing to travel as a project support request.

· Ability to work under high stress
