1.制作软装设计方案，包括平面布局、活动家具、装饰灯具、饰品和地毯等等软装元素的选配方案；

2.向客户汇报软装设计方案，回答并解决客户提出的相关问题，对软装项目的效果及成本进行优化与控制；

3.负责从软装设计方案直至软装陈列摆场工作完成整体过程，确保项目最终效果达到既定预算要求以及客户设计要求；

4.审核同组成员的设计方案，安排并指导方案实施进程，负责把控方案实施成果；

5.其它软装相关的工作。

1.大学本科或以上设计相关专业毕业，熟悉建筑或室内设计相关理论知识；

2.有成熟的软装项目（例如样板间、营销中心）设计经验及实施经验，包括从起草概念方案、设计汇报、产品选配直至最终在现场完成软装布置的实际经验；

3.能熟练管控各个设计环节，并有优秀的团队管理能力者优先；

4.能熟练使用以下两种或以上的设计软件者优先： In-design, Photoshop, Sketchup, 3D Max；

5.良好的语言表达能力，普通话标准。

请务必附上作品集（包括至少一个项目的设计概念图、效果图和摆场后的成果照）。

Established by founders Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, Design Republic will offer a unique collection of products created by the world's best design talents, many of which have never been made available to consumers in China. Design Republic will also collaborate with many designers both foreign and local to create products that will explore a new modern Chinese aesthetic.
