1. Definition and configuration of production units for molding parts

    General application supports for sales projects

    Generating of evaluations for engineering and sales departments

2. Customer advisory about definition and selection of injection molding machine, manufacturing process, plastic material, mold etc.

    Versatile direct customer contacts and support, as well as intensive maintenance of customer network

3. Application-related commissioning of machines and molds

    Optimization of complete system “Human-machine-mold-peripheral equipment”

4. Preparation and implementation of customer trials at machines in the KM lab or directly in the customer plant

5. Test evaluations and test documentation

    Fault analysis and preparatory work on solution concepts in case of process problems

6. Process development

7. Customer training for the application technology

    Internal training for new employees

Requirements:

- Diploma and above in plastic technology, mechanical engineering or process engineering

- Technical English in the field of engineering

- Capability of depiction about technical issues

- SAP / Office program

- Knowledge about injection moulding machine product portfolio

- Good understanding about plastic market and competing products

- Ability to cope with pressure and stress
