该职位工作地点位于浙江嘉兴南湖区

1.According to process, handle customer complain from international and domestic; support field servicers work;

2.Responsible of training for service engineer from international and domestic about machine operation and technical guidance, ensure them know Hardinge production technology, quality and operation rules and process of quality issue handling;

3.Collection, statistic and analysis of customer complain data, tracking and implement quality improvement activity, verify the effectiveness of improvement activity;

4.Chance identify and control of warranty cost;

5.Responsible of spare parts warehouse management, set reasonable stock level of spare parts, increase the spare parts utility for customer;
