目标 Aim

The role of this position is mainly to provide operational support to In-direct Purchase projects and team between the collaboration with external partners so as to ensure the execution of excellence for the purchase process.

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

• Place Purchase Order (PO) in SAP system and release the PO to vendors according to the Purchase Requisition (PR) and quotation documents. Provide weekly and monthly order status to the owner.

• Handle invoice process and communicate with finance and vendors to solve the dispute about invoice errors.

• Manage contract documents and file contracts in system timely.

• Assist in the end to end contracting process, including drafting (co-ordinate with our internal legal team and vendor), finalizing, negotiating, and approving contracts and contract amendments.

• Engage cross-functional stakeholders to address concerns, provide process updates.

• Support to sourcing initiatives: collection of stakeholders’ needs, suppliers scouting, requests for proposal to vendors, offers analysis and alignment.

• Contribution to vendor management: qualification and evaluation, monitoring, risk assessment.

• Knowledge regarding Procure to Pay digital platforms.

• Bachelor degree or above.

• Attention to detail with good organizing skills, able to work under pressure.

• Fluent English in both oral & writing.

• Good communication with all functions internally and externall
