Aim:

Assist Buyer to handle all buying and merchandising issue in order to meet the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Support Buyer to execute plans for seasonal buying and OTB in order to meet the company's business objectives. 
2. Prepare seasonal Product Training material, and Market Research analysis.     
3. Monitor inventory and sales performance and make necessary transfer to maximize sell through.
4. Prepare business analysis in order to monitor sales and profit targets based on seasonal business plan.
5. Work closely with operations, VM team and Sales team in development and execution of merchandise assortment for buying plans to maximum the sales performance.

Skill & Knowledge:

1. 3 years' experience, 1 year' retail buying experience in high-end fashion.

2. Degree holder in fashion or related discipline.

3. Excellent fashion sense, dynamic, and willing to devote to the Brand.

4. Strong analytical skills, well organized and good at figures.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Independent, willing to work under pressure.

7. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is an advantage.

8. Good proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
