Responsibilities：

1. Lead continuous improvement activities (6Sigma, lean and Kaizen) to strive for best quality of process and product to satisfy the customer.

2. Provide quality control requirement for production line and review the specified documents like work instructions continuously to ensure that production line is well controlled from quality point of view. Update the checklist and make sure related check points are effective implemented and continuously improve specified products quality performance.

3. Collect and statistically organize quality relevant data, support QA group leader to finish regular quality report.

4. Handling the nonconforming product including root cause analysis & CA, PA

5. Other tasks assigned by QA group leader

6. Train the inspectors and testers and support them to solve problem during testing

Requirements:

1. Experience in QA related activities in industry

2. QA engineer experience in manufacturing industry

3. Experience in lead project, like lean, Kaizen ,6 sigma project

4. Dominant language and moderate in English.
