JOB FUNCTIONS & PURPOSE：
Strong contract management to maximize benefits and minimize loss or risk through reasonable and efficient way;
Independent lead for end-to-end project commercial work from bidding, contracting, contract change, project delivery to revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead contract negotiation across over functional teams to make contract settlement for winning project.
2. Commercial support during project delivery including but not limited to bond issue, payment, order of change, and other specific commercial needs.
3. Involved in project team to setup and maintain good communication via CSR, city communication meeting or other regular way to learn and identify key issues, opportunities of change order, or potential risks may have, and try to find the way out together with the project team.
4. Necessary contract training or commercial guide to project team if necessary.
5. Responsible for the offer and commercial matters for the opportunities of post warranty projects upon company's process and guideline.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT:
1. Know well about end to end commercial management for projects
2. Both engineering and management educational background
3. At least 3 years commercial management or business operation experience
4. At least 3 years contract negotiation experience with customers
5. Kind communication skill with both external customers and internal colleague
6. Bachelor of business administration or engineering
7. English well in written and speaking
