JOB FUNCTIONS & PURPOSE：
Analyze the customer requirement, industry standard, marketing information, and generate the solution based on the product lines and present the solution to customer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES：
1. Understand and analyze customer requirements, prepares associated documentation by performing operational analyses, simulations and technical trade-off studies identifying alternative design configurations and functional features. Prepares specialized ATC system analyses based on polytechnic engineering skills and detail knowledge of the ATCS domain.
2. Coordinate with City technical support, provide and maintain solution for common topics. Communication with customer: understand the customer needs, present the technical solutions, sales technical support.
3. Lead and prepare the bid technical solution preparation, meet requirements, cost efficiency, and pre-bid technical exchanges points be included to improve the competitiveness.
4. Coordinate the functional teams during technical proposal preparation. Periodically review and follow up with project/product design authorities, function teams about the products/projects features update, road map and issues. Merge the new features into the solution database.
5. Identify, maintain and follow up the technical gaps with standards, customer requirements, new markets.

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT：
1. Knowledge of railway electronic system and railway signalling techniques, familiarity with military and automated train control systems specifications and standards.
2. Knowledge of value proposal and solution evaluation.
3. Knowledge of specification-driven systems design (as it applies to computer systems with both hardware and software operation).
4. 5+ years working experience in Railway Signalling industry
5. Good technical English language writing skills.
6. Computer interlocking, ATP/ATO, ATS, automatic control
7. B.A.Sc in Electrical, Computer, System Design Engineering or equivalent
