·         Reports to outlet as scheduled, in uniform, eat, clean and ready to work

根据排班准时上班，准备工作之前需已用毕餐，换好工装，一切就绪。

·         Must know the entire outlet schedule, have to know which waiter, order taker is working and assign them side work duties.

1. 熟知整个部门的工作计划，以及每个员工和点单员的工作，并为其分配其他工作。

·         The Assistant Manager副经理：

a)      Must know menu items as well as drink list

必须熟知所有的菜单和酒水单内容

b)      Must know IRD setup standards.

必须熟知客房送餐的摆台标准。

c)       Oversee entire operation; lead by good example

监督整个运营过程

d)      Handles complaints and reports to immediate supervisor on duty, never argue withguest.

向值班主管汇报客人投诉，无论何种情况下都不可以与客人发生争执。

• Trains new staff in all aspects of In Room Dining and food and beverage WA service standards.
• 员工全面的送餐服务知识和华尔道夫餐饮服务标准。
• Assists in set up, service mise en place and ensures smooth operation at all times.
• 布置摆台，保证运营顺畅。
• Must know outlet service manual, hotel rules & regulations and hotel emergency procedure.
• 掌握餐厅服务流程，酒店规章制度和紧急情况处理程序。

·         Employee performs all cashier and revenue recording duties according to hotels policy & procedures.

1. 酒店的制度和流程，员工必须掌握所有的收款和收入登记的职能。
2. To supervise the work of captains, waiters and order takers.
3. 领班，服务员和点单员的工作。
4. To evaluate their job performances and report the evaluations to the Manager.
5. 员工的工作表现并向经理汇报。
6. To prevent and eliminate wastage of expendable supplies as well as condiments which contribute to overall food cost.
7. 控制和降低经营用品破损，和关系到食品成本的配料的损耗。
8. To convey guest comments on quality of food, its temperature and presentation to the Manager.
9. 门经理转达客人关于食品质量，温度和外观的评价。
10. To assure that the area under his control is kept orderly.

• To have knowledge of the operation of the other food and beverage outlets in the hotel so that he can be helpful to guests.

• To ensure the cutlery, crockery and service items in the room service are well-stocked.

• To take guest orders in the absence of the order takers.

• To carry out any other duties as and when required by the In Room Dining Manager, although the In Room Dining Department is his primary responsibility, he may be called upon in cases of emergency to help in other departments, or to extend his supervision to other areas in the absence of other supervisors. From time to time he may be assigned by management to take on special projects or to perform additional duties to those outlined above.
