In one word, this role will be fully responsible for 1~2 projects. And Only target is ensuring timing, performance, quality and volume to meet customer's requirement and price/margin to meet Hefei HQ's demand.

Responsibilities

1). Act as Project manager to be responsible for all activities from pre-sales stage to SOP even after-sales;

2). Take the risk identification&management during the project;

3). Act as a coordinator between pack team and responsible product team; or between module/pack team and customers;

4). Be responsible for Daily project management, like timing alignment, schedule update, WBS, Resource arrangement, Finance and quality, etc;

5). Be responsible for project related commercial business, like budget control&plan, parts sourcing, assets stock, etc;

6). Act as a “salesman” of our product to potential customers and acquire key information from them, like market research, timing, volume, background study, target price, etc;

Position Requirements

1). 5+ years relevant work experience in product(new energy industry) development. Ideally from OEM or tier-1.

2). Be familiar with TS14949.

3). Knowledge of Project management tools, like Wrike, redmine.

4). Knowledge of process system, like A-SPICE, CMMI, VDA.

5). Capable of leading and managing at least 2 projects in parallel.

6). General knowledge of automotive embedded system, ideally ECU or even BMS.

7). MS/BS degree in a relevant field, like E/E, ME, CS, SE

8). Fluent oral English and written English.
