1.Be responsible for the maintenance and updating of the business certificate for medical devices of Shanghai Branch; be responsible for guiding the branches in need to prepare for and apply for the business certificate for medical devices.

2.Be responsible for guiding the branches in need to prepare for and pass GSP certification and application for third-party drug logistics, storage and distribution.

3.Participate in the establishment and improvement of ISO13485 system and acquisition and maintenance of ISO13485 certification.

4.Be responsible for the preparation and review of quality system documents related to medical devices and drugs and supervising for the implementation.

5.Participate in Shanghai Branch for welcoming the flight inspection and customer audit of government department and guide the correction and closing of non-conforming items.
6.Be responsible for collecting such provisions as laws, regulations and rules related to the operation of medical devices and drugs and implementing the dynamic management and establishing archives and directory list.

7.Be responsible for the first operation review and participate in promptly collection and updating the quality information of the medical devices and drugs and establish the quality archives and directory list of products.

8. Guide the confirmation of non-conforming products and monitor the execution of disposal process of non-conforming products.

9. Be responsible for the investigation, handling and reporting of quality complaints and quality accidents related to the operation of medical devices and drugs; guide the collection and reporting of adverse events.

Necessary skills of the job
1. Be equipped with more than 10 years of experience in the quality management during the operation of medical devices and drugs
including at least 5 years of experience in the logistics and operation management of medical devices and drugs.
2. QA experience at about more than 15 years, and the QA head needs to be well-versed in ISO 13485 & ISO 9001:2015 and over.

3. Be highly familiar with the quality requirements of Company’s existing customers for medical devices and their operations
4. Relationship with FDA is a must.

5. Active and initiative in working with good communication, coordination and learning abilities.
