·         Responsible for understanding the dynamics of China's commercial real estate market, finding quality partners, responsible for expanding cooperative resources, conducting business negotiations and signing agreements;

·         Focus on docking various commercial real estate resources in the region, gain in-depth understanding of market information such as the latest real estate policies, government systems and future plans, and provide timely feedback;

·         According to the business characteristics of the cooperating customers, and in combination with their own circumstances, propose a customized channel cooperation plan and promote the completion of the project implementation;

·         Real-time tracking of expansion project information, responsible for statistical work and feasibility analysis of related reports of business data;

·         Responsible for the daily maintenance of cooperative resources and coordinate issues between business and operations;

·         Responsible for continuously expanding new apartment projects and maintaining relationships with existing owners;

·         Other daily tasks.
