岗位职责：

1、主持质量管理的全面工作，并对质量管理的各项工作结果负责；

2、组织建立质量管理体系,确保质量体系的有效运行；

3、制定质量目标和质量计划，经批准后组织实施；

4、制定产品质量检验标准，对公司采购品和产品质量控制负责，对批量责任事故负责；

5、负责设计与开发活动的质量策划；

6、参与新产品开发的先期策划，审查产品设计、工艺的科学性、合理性；

7、组织实施质量统计，对统计数据的真实性、可靠性负责；

8、领导、管理、指导、监督、检查、考核直属下属的工作；

9、有对各类产品质量事故进行调查，分析和提出处理意见权；

10、对质量问题行使否决权；

11、定期通报各有关部门质量检查结果，对存在的质量问题制订纠正和预防措施并组织实施；

12、有权制止不符合工艺规定和要求的生产行为；

13、对本部门员工的各项考核、奖惩有决定权；

14、定期对全厂员工进行质量管理制度及提高质量意识的培训2.4负责第三方审核,负责与体系有关事宜与外部进行联系；

15、完成上级领导安排的其它工作。

岗位任职要求：

一、知识技能

1、 具备模具、注塑制造专业知识经验及标准；

2、 熟悉ISO9001/TS16949质量管理体系，具备一定的管理经验；

3、 熟知2D、3D检测设备使用，并有较强的识图能力；

4、 熟练的电脑应用能力，熟悉各种看图（2D、3D）软件的操作等；

5、 熟知注塑制造加工工艺；

6、 熟知塑料材料的特性及应用；

7、 具有较强的品质判定能力及客诉处理能力；

8、 具有良好的团队协作精神，

9、 良好的语言沟通、书面表达能力；

10、具有良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力；

11、有积极、乐观的工作态度，严格的时间观念。
