VON ARDENNE needs a capable, motivated Production Planner to carrying out all tasks related to planning and preparing production schedules for manufacturing of industrial equipment of VON ARDENNE. The successful candidate of this position will draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to customer orders. The Production Planner will work with an open communication culture and in a dynamic working atmosphere and will report directly to Production Manager at VON ARDENNE Vacuum Equipment (Shanghai).

YOUR TASKS

• Taking responsibility for the project flow in production with regard to:

1. Identification and definition of work packages and adaptation of the project structure to the production assembly processes in coordination with the Project Manager if necessary.

当项目结构与生产装配过程组织不一致的时候，通过与项目经理的协调对项目结构进行必要的调整。

2. Definition of the make-parts for production in engineer BOM.

从工程BOM里根据产品设计要求定义需要装配/生产的物料。

3. SAP Material master data maintenance.

SAP主数据维护。

4. Execution of material availability checking for project production and in coordination with purchasing department.

根据生产计划跟踪物料情况并采购部门保持沟通协调了解物料到货情况。

5. Compilation of documents for production orders and production orders release

生产工单/图纸准备和工单释放。

6. Confirmation and completion of the production orders in SAP.

SAP 对工单进行工时确认和工单结束时进行技术关单。

7. Coordination of Change notices and reworks.

与工程部接口，对工程变更事项协调安排生产计划；安排返工事项。

8. Coordination of the material transfer of assemblies or ready-to-ship-out units with the downstream processes

与物流仓库协调生产物料的收发料/发货事项。

9. Production team working hour booking and analyze

生产部门工时统计分析。

• Contribute to cost reduction projects as well as to the planning, development and improvement of work processes in cooperation with other departments;

  与各部门合作，积极参与项目成本控制。

• Non-production materials PR application

  非生产物料采购申请。

• Other tasks from Production Manager

生产经理安排的其它任务。

YOUR PROFILE

• College degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical integration or related industrial engineering field;

大专以上，机械或者电气等工程专业背景。

• One to three years’ experience in planning under manufacturing business

  1到3年计划或者制造型企业工作经验。

• Profound knowledge of manufacturing processes (assembly planning, work design, cost calculation);

  具备制造型企业运营的知识（装配或者生产计划，工程设计，产品成本计算等）。

• Basic business knowledge;

  基本的商务知识。

• Excellent user knowledge regarding ERP systems, preferably SAP (module PP/mm/QM) is preferred;

  ERP 软件操作知识（SAP S4操作经验***）

• Excellent communication skills, outstanding team spirit and and willingness to exchange knowledge;

• Strong analytical thinking and planning skills;
