Primary focus:

• With the retail & POSM design background and knowledge, the design PM should effectively manage design meetings and take brief from client
• Attend meetings with technical team to provide design support in taking brief on any creative/ adaptation work requirements
• Provide precise briefing to minimise rework and work closely with internal designer/ artist to ensure delivery of design/ meeting client’s expectations and budget
• Manage timelines
• Address lead time concern with design team to meet client’s CPS
• Book design jobs in system, prepare job brief, estimation & quotations, status reports, job closure, invoice requirements
• Working with the Creative Team to adjust project goals and design revisions on the fly
• Preferably able to provide mid-level conceptualized design (for tier 2 work) to work with internal design team
• To support new business pitch or organic growth
  

Requirements:

• Collage above holder in graphic design or marketing
• 5 years plus experience in Retail Marketing, visual merchandising, graphic design and project management
• Knowledge in In-Store Marketing implementation, Point of Sale Essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills or knowledge would be an advantage
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload and exercise time management skills
• Self-motivated, mature, and able to handle projects independently
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
