岗位职责：

1.负责细胞培养，蛋白表达，细胞实验等方面的的具体实验操作；

2.配合项目设计人员完成具体实验，操作规范，态度诚恳，及时准确完成实验报告；

3.负责相关实验设备的清洁、保养和维护。

岗位要求：

1.硕士及以上学历，生命科学或医学相关专业。

2.具有良好的无菌操作意识，能够熟练培养各种类型细胞。

3.熟练掌握真核表达（如CHO细胞）技术。

4.熟悉生物药体外功能研究手段，如ELISA、Western Blot、流式细胞术等。

5.具有扎实的生物化学、细胞生物学和免疫学基础。

6.具有一定分析解决问题的能力，良好的沟通表达能力和团队合作精神。

7.具有相关经验者优先考虑。

To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
