岗位描述：
1. 开展项目研发过程规范化工作；
2. 负责实验记录核查和归档管理；
3. 负责项目进度跟进，并及时协调和反馈；
4. 项目的资金预算统计及管理；
5. 结合项目实际情况，及时参与申请国家各级项目资助计划、获得必要的外部资金与技术支持；
6. 完成其他项目管理方面相关工作。
  
岗位要求：
1. 药学、临床医学与药物研究相关的专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 三年以上相关行业工作经历，具备药物研发和项目管理经验；
3. 有良好的沟通协调能力、较强责任心和文字表达能力；
4. 工作严谨，细致耐心，具有良好的团队合作精神；
5. 具有医药行业注册申报相关工作经验者优先考虑。
