岗位职责和要求：

1.生物工程，生物科学，基础医学，药学等相关专业硕士以上学历，2年以上工作经验。

2.良好的实验操作的能力，熟悉ELISA，Co-IP，WB，FACS等免疫学和细胞实验技术，具有Fortebio或Biacore操作经验。

3.及时准确完成数据记录和结果处理，统计分析实验结果，发现并解决问题，整理总结实验报告。

4.维护实验室整洁卫生，定期清扫洁净工作区。

5.服从工作安排，积极热情、认真负责、耐心细致。善于时间管理和多任务管理。良好的团队合作和沟通能力。

6.了解医药行业相关法规要求（ICH），严格遵守公司规程。

We are currently advancing a pipeline of promising preclinical candidates and have robust research capabilities fuelling our long-term growth. To meet the fast advancement of project R&D, we are looking for two top managers who will fill the positions of chief scientific officer (CSO) and vice president (VP) respectively. The candidates should have solid background in cell biology, or antibody development, or cell line generation and cell line processing, and have comprehensive experiences in biological drug development in industrial area abroad.
