• Handle expenses claims according to relevant laws & rules and company claim procedure.

  根据相关法律法规和公司索赔程序处理费用索赔。

• Manage the daily report of “Bank Book” and “Cash Book”, arrange payment based on company’s procedure.

  管理“银行帐簿”和“现金帐簿”的日报，根据公司程序安排付款。

• Make daily cash count and tally with the finance book.

  每日清点现金，并与财务账目相符。

• Make monthly Bank Reconciliation based on bank statement.

  每月根据银行对账单进行银行对账。

• Be responsible for invoice purchasing, issue and keeping.

  负责发票的采购、开具和保管。

• Be responsible for monthly tax report on invoices.

  负责发票的月度税务报告。

• Prepare all kinds of cash flow statement as request.

  根据要求编制各类现金流量表。

• Other jobs assigned by finance manager.

  财务经理分配的其他工作。

   

  Requirements of the Position

  任职资格

                                    

• Over five years working experience in relevant finance area.

  两年以上相关财务领域工作经验。

• Be familiar with Bank Settlement Procedure.

  熟悉银行结算程序。

• Team spirit, work hard and good communication skill.

  团队合作精神，工作努力，良好的沟通技巧。

• Familiar with finance software and office software, eg. Excel and Word, etc.

  熟悉财务软件和办公软件，如Excel和Word等。
