Responsibilities include:

• Client interviews with business leaders to develop an understanding of their company’s key levers for driving profitability and growth
• Collaborate with small internal teams to design and build customized business simulations and other discovery learning solutions
• Deliver business simulation and other discovery based learning workshops to the clients and facilitate participant’s understanding of relevant content areas
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while working with clients across varying industries
• Identify new growth opportunities for BTS and generation of leads for add-on business
• Become a valued strategic partner for our clients

Ideal Candidates will have:

• An MBA degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years post-undergraduate work experience, not including internships
• A solid understanding of relevant content areas; interest and experience in finance, leadership, project management and consultative selling
• Proven presentation and facilitation skills with a fluent command of Mandarin Chinese (native language) and English
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A desire for extensive travel (up to 60% of the year)
• A hunger to learn and ability to flourish in a dynamic, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a client organization
• A mature and professional demeanor
