工作职责：

1. 按照公司采购流程进行采购，包括：询价、比较、定样、采购合同谈判等；

2. 监控市场变化，采取必要的采购技巧降低采购成本；

3. 定期进行市场调研，开拓渠道，进行供应商评估；

4. 负责对采购合同的拟定，签署，履行，保存；

5. 下达采购单，跟踪和控制交期、交量；

6. 及时协调解决采购、生产使用等过程中所产生的供货异常及质量问题；

7. 保证采购的物资和服务达到公司及使用部门的要求；

8. 负责所采购物资和服务的付款申请和付款跟进；

9. 完成其他由上级安排的日常工作。

 

任职资格：

1. 专科以上学历；

2. 2年以上相关工作经验；

3. 基础的英语写作能力；

4. 熟练使用Excel。

 

备注：

1. 公司提供往嘉定、宝山、外岗、安亭、以及相关地铁站的班车。居住在嘉定及周边优先考虑。

2. 请提供中英文简历，并附上近照；面试过程中需使用英语。

Responsibilities

 

1. Purchase according to the company's procurement process, including inquiry, comparison, sample determination, procurement contract negotiation, etc;

2. Monitor the market change and take necessary purchasing skills to reduce the purchasing cost;

3. Conduct regular market research, develop channels and evaluate suppliers;

4. Be responsible for the preparation, signing, performance and preservation of the procurement contract;

5. Issue purchase order, track and control delivery time and quantity;

6. Timely coordinate and solve the abnormal supply and quality problems in the process of purchasing, production and use;

7. Ensure that the purchased materials and services meet the requirements of the company and the user department;

8. Responsible for the payment application and payment follow-up of the purchased materials and services;

9. Complete other daily work arranged by the superior.

    

Qualifications

 

1. College degree or above;

2. Above 2 years related working experience;

3. Basic written English;

4. Expertise at Excel.

 

Note

 

1. Shuttle bus to Jiading, Anting, Baoshan and metro stations is provided.

2. CV in Chinese and English with photo is required. The interview will be partly in English.
