Italian Brand, operating in the Healthy Food Industry, already established in Shanghai-Pudong, is expanding in China by setting up a National Network of Outlets, and is now looking for experienced:

Customer Service Executive

(Long Term Career Path)

The Main Qualifications:

• Answer incoming 400 calls and make outbound in a professional phone manner.
• Dealing with incoming chats from all E-com & store channels, meeting customers’ requirements and expectations.
• Provide product/order information based on information available in the system and dealing with order/refund management timely.
• Claim handling from customers, ensuring claims are closed within a reasonable timeframe.
• Work closely with logistic team and retail stores to smooth the customer service process.
• Any other task assigned by line manager.

• 正确处理来电客户（门店或电商客户）的需求及意见
• 根据系统提供的产品/订单信息，及时管理订单/退款等
• 高效响应并解决客户投诉问题
• 配合物流团队及线下门店优化客户服务工作
• 完成部门经理交代的其他工作内容

With the following requisites:

• Minimum 3 years’ customer service working experience.
• Master the knowledge of customer service, logistics and other related industries.
• Customer oriented, good at communication skills and high responsibility.
• Passionate and be able to work under pressure.
• Good at computer, familiar with MS skill: outlook, excel, word or other system.
• Working knowledge of English
• Age around 25~38

• 有客服、物流及其他行业相关经验为佳
• 工作责任心强，良好的客户服务意识及沟通能力
• 工作积极主动、抗压能力强
• 熟练使用办公软件或其他操作系统
• 英语可作为工作语言
• 25-38岁
