Lab Researcher      

Responsibilities

INDEPENDENT RESEARCH

• Raise and define academic/ research topics and conduct the research in the context of company projects experiences;
• Understand, collect, filter the industrial trends, policies and changes;
• Database Maintenance and enhancement;
• Academic &Commercial lectures preparations.

PROJECT COORDINATION & SUPPORT

• Feasibility Study & Project Analysis including but not limited to:
• City, site, context analysis;
• User & Market understanding;
• Functions & Program understanding;
• References & Case Studies.
• Design and Coordination:
• Contact and Quickly Respond the Initiate project meetings;
• Coordinate the internal resources for design assignments;
• Work together with designers to provide design related studies and design works.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in urban planning, architecture or statistics, economics, and other related;
2. Experienced in database analysis, data digging, statistical modeling and related ones, design company background is a plus;
3. Strong ability of learning and understanding, as well as good communication and team cooperation;
4. Good command of English;
5. Strong data sensitivity and logic analysis ability to carry out the project independently.

岗位职责

独立研究

1. 提出、定义学术研究课题，并结合本公司项目经验展开研究论证；
2. 了解、收集、筛选行业趋势、法规政策和业态变化；
3. 数据库的维护和持续改善；
4. 学术和商业讲座的前期准备。

项目协调与支持

1. 可行性研究与项目分析职责包括但不仅限于：

       对城市、区位、环境的分析；对用户和市场的理解；

对项目功能与规划的解析；提供参考案例并进行课题研究。

   2. 设计与协调职责：

及时联系、快速相应项目初期的沟通会议；

针对设计任务进行内部资源的协调；

与设计师共同合作，提供设计前期相关的调研并参与设计过程。

任职资格

1. 本科及以上学历，城市规划、建筑学或统计、经济等相关专业；
2. 数据库分析、数据挖据、统计建模等相关经验，有设计公司相关背景者优先考虑；
3. 具备较强的学习理解能力，以及良好的沟通和团队协作能力；
4. 良好的英语表达能力；
5. 具有较强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，能独立开展项目。
