MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / 岗位职责

Understand and implement the UCCA Lab development strategy and concept, develop commercial cooperations and coordinate cooperation inquiries;理解和贯彻UCCA Lab 发展战略和理念，拓展商业合作领域，对接合作垂询;

Research and develop potential cooperation partners and build up more opportunities for further cooperation;调研和挖掘潜在合作伙伴，建立更多合作机会；

Maintain the cooperation relationships between partners with different levels; 维护不同级别的合作方关系；

Write cooperation plans in aspects of project understanding and negotiation preferences;合作方案的撰写，对项目的理解以及谈判方向；

Carry out the project implementation schedule and quality control according to the work plan;按照工作计划推进项目进度和质量控制；

Organize and manage routine work schedules and routine meetings of projects, and feedback effectively according to the work schedule;管理组织项目的日常工作流程和例会，根据工作进度高效汇报工作进展进行反馈；

Compare and analyze monthly and quarterly project schedule with the plans, and conduct effective improving measurements;针对月度和季度项目进度，与计划进行对比分析，实施有效改良措施；

Write reports for all completed projects as well as the progress of financial inflow and outflow;对所完成项目的报告撰写和财政收付款进度；

Write weekly, monthly and annually reports and collect data；周度、月度、年度报告的撰写和数据收集；

Assist and cooperate with other UCCA teams.与UCCA馆内其他团队的协作。

Job Qualifications / 任职资格要求：

Three years’or above experience in PR/Advertising/Marketing/Digital agency or experience in commercial department in large art institutions;3年以上工作经验，大型著名公关、营销、数字营销等公司客户服务或大型艺术机构商业部门的工作经历；

Bachelor degree or above, majoring in digital marketing, marketing or relatively others;学士学位或以上，数字营销、市场营销或相关专业；

Abundant resource in cooperation partners; 丰富的合作方资源储备；

Relatively strong abilities in develop and maintain client relationships and integrated marketing;较强拓展并维护客户合作能力与整合营销能力，卓越的商业谈判技巧与调研能力；

Great team management ability, time management ability and team instruction and building ability;较强团队管理能力，时间管理能力，指导和团队成长能力；

Passionate in contemporary art and contemporary culture;热爱当代艺术和当代文化；

Be bold in breaking the rules and with relatively strong entrepreneurship;勇于突破，不墨守成规，具备较强创业精神； 

Excellent listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in English.优秀的英文听说读写能力。
