To implement new electric and induction cooktop platform design change for NA for Electrolux EMA. Performs new product development from concept through production based upon Customer/Marketing directives.  

1. Work with project leader to accomplish the pilot productions according to the project plan and schedule. Summary issues and to find the root cause and implement actions.

2. Prepare product test plan together with Project leaders and labs internal or external.

3. Find resources to complete the tests according to test plan internally or outside labs.

4. Responsible for working with the US and Italy lab teams to familiar with the gas, radiant, induction cooktop standards, UL 858, CSA, package test, safety test, reliable tests… etc.….test facilities/equipment and test procedures.

5. Create tests requests in system and responsible for all tests activities.

6. Work with NA CSL lab for the certification and maintenance all the certification files.

7. Follow up closely with NA lab for the standards upgrade and indicate the changes on products. Indicate products changes to design engineers.

8. Involved in products quality improvements and cost reduction activities. Evaluate the changes made on standards/certification side. Make test plan and follow up the tests done in Hangzhou or NA.

9. Support engineers for product sampling or/and components prototypes.

3. 根据内部或外部实验室的测试计划寻找资源来完成测试。

4. 负责与美国和意大利实验室团队合作，熟悉气体，辐射，感应炉顶标准，UL 858, CSA，包装测试，安全测试，可靠测试等。测试设施/设备和测试程序。

5. 在系统中创建测试请求，并负责所有测试活动。

6. 与NA CSL实验室一起完成认证工作并维护所有的认证文件。

7. 与NA实验室密切跟踪标准的升级，并对产品的变化做出指示。向设计工程师说明产品的变化。

8. 参与提高产品质量和降低成本的工作。评估标准/认证方面的变化。制定测试计划并跟踪在杭州或南京的测试。

9. 协助工程师完成产品样品或组件原型。

任职要求：

Experience in electric and electrical product test.

Understanding product safety test, safety standards etc.

- Knowledge in mechanical component and system development and design

- Knowledge of approval and environmental rules in different countries is a plus

- Experience in UL and/or CSA standards of home appliances is a plus

- Project management (any certification is an advantage) is plus

-Ability to use common IT tools (e.g.: Microsoft Office)
