Job description:

1. Assist QA manager to lead the garment technologist team;

2. Measure and fit the Proto Sample / Grade sample / Production Sample submitted by supplier;

3. Giving comments for measurement, shape and workmanship, and direct factory techs to take corrective actions if any unacceptable;

4. Submit the product workbook and technical comments to customer;

5. Hold the pre-production meeting with factory to direct bulk production;

6. Approve product test report, sewing label, packaging and so on;

7. Define inspection standard for inline and final inspection;

8. Make disposition for inspection result, and direct factory to take corrective actions if any unacceptable;

9. Travel to factory to monitor and check production and inspection, and do the on-site inspection if need.

Job request:

1. Good communication skill in English including writing and oral to able to effectively communicate with customer;

2. Good communication skill with local vendor and factory;

3. More than 10 years garment technologist experience in the foreign trade / sourcing office (UK market is a plus) and more than 2 years team leader experience;

4. Good teamwork and able to work under high pressure.
