1.    Main Tasks and targets

■     Perform external, internal, customer, and supplier audits per Annual Audit Plan

■     Maintain CMS, CIP, and quality systems within SAP

■     Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement throughout Comet PCT in China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea

■     Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

■     Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.

■     Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standards and management of programs.

■     Agreeing with standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply.

2.    Tasks/Responsibility

■     Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.

■     Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.

■     Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.

■     Provide escalation path for customer quality issues.

■     Organize and manage quality assurance function in close co-operation with the customers and with the Company’s Management team.

■     Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.

■     Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.

■     Planning and executing internal audit, training, and continuous improvement programs

■     Preparation and submission of PQP Dossiers.

■     Oversee FA (Returns) Process.

■     Single point of Contact for customer quality issues for China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.

■     Single point of Contact follow-up and tracking of customer Scorecards.

■     Single point of Contact for all customer RCCA and Non-Conformities.

■     Handling customer audit and ISO 9001 system audit.

■     Integration in COMETs global Quality Team

3.    Working experience/technical skills/know how

■     Degree in electronics or electro-technics. Knowledge in High power RF technology a plus.

■     Very good technical writing competencies. Pedagogical skills and ability to explain issues to different levels of expertise and education.

■     Competency for creating very high level and complex technical reports.

■     Deep Knowledge of the requirements of the semiconductor industry and clear ideas how to deploy the required continuous improvement programs and loops.

■     Experience in semiconductor industry, preferably with experience with our customers’ requirements.

■     Experience in complex, multidisciplinary and multinational teams, with preference in semiconductor industry.

■     Good English skill in oral, read and writing.

■     Analytical thinking, high organizational skills, and capable of delivering the appropriate answer content that our customers expect in the frame time that our customers expect.

■     Solid understanding of an effective RCCA and/or 8D report.

■     Leadership, influent, experience in a matrix environment.

■     Able to speak and write English fluently and good technical communication skills.

■     Solid interpersonal skill set, related to dealing with suppliers and customers.
