1.接收客户指令，安排货物出库，提货、发货任务；

2.负责客户的信息查询、反馈、维护、追踪等工作；

3.货物签收确认，催收回单并送交客户；

4.系统录入（跟踪信息维护，运单审核，异常、附加费监督数据录入）；

5.协同其他岗位或部门处理相关事项；

6.预先做到货物的清点和交接工作；

7.提前和仓库预约车辆提送货时间，并跟踪提送货车辆的实时动态和实际到达时间；

8.检查提送货车辆的合约情况；

9.做好提送货司机安全培训和规范管理工作；

10.和提送货司机做好货物的清点和交接工作；

11.做好仓库常驻自营车的安全管理工作；

12.协助仓库做好提送货车辆的现场停放管理；

13.协助上级领导定期对所涉及的提送货运输供应商进行质量评估；

14.其他突发情况和领导交办事项处理。

任职要求：

1.大专及以上学历；

2.3年以上运输现场工作经验，有快递物流行业工作经验者优先；

3.熟练操作office系列办公软件，具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力；

4.有一定的书面英语能力；

5.理解能力强，服务意识强，能适应快节奏的工作，承受较大的工作压力；
