Role Profile –    

• Manage logistic supplier, maintain supplier information and price.

• Attend to quote for internal customers’ enquiries and requests.

• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure logistics arrangement smoothly.

• To coordinate for incoming and outgoing shipments include items packing.

• To plan, assign and control trucking allocations, to ensure timely delivery/collection.

• To carry out import & export procedure, including properly shipping documents preparation.

• To carry out off-landing procedure, and properly Customs clearance documents preparation.

• Record logistic data and monthly report.

• To issue purchase order for logistics operation.

• To be responsible to execute requisitions in a responsible and timely manner.

• To carry out driver daily/OT roster planning.

• Response for logistics process improvement.

• Response for the Audit of ISO standards related to Logistic function.

• Must always give priority to safety and health for yourself as well as your co-worker/peer and follow strictly the company’s environment, health and safety policy.

• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the management.

  Requirements of the Position –  

• At least Colleague Diploma.

• At least 3 years of related working experience

• At least 1 year of ship spare/material logistic operation experience.

• Competent literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Competent literate English reading and writing.

• Strong responsibility and possess positive working attitude.

• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently and efficiently.

• Continuous improvement mindset.

• Analytical, planning, execution and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Good team player with good attitude, integrity, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
