5、 Create a list for the purchasing team

6、 Provide production support for engineering related issues

        为工程相关问题提供生产支持；

7、Staff training and teaching within the design team

        员工培训并在设计团队内传授；

8、Other technology-related tasks

Required skill and working experiences:岗位技能工作要求

1、 Strong personality, good in communication and in managing relationship, inclination for working in a multicultural team。善于沟通和管理人际关系，有在多元文化团队中工作的倾向

2、 Bachelor degree in mechanic engineering/design or relevant. 机械工程/设计或相关专业本科学历。

3、Solid skills in Catia/UG software, familiar with PU/plastic foil application engineering experience

熟练使用Catia/UG软件，熟悉PU/plastic foil应用工程经验

4、 Strong Automotive interior application engineering knowledge

较强的汽车内饰应用工程知识

5、Fast learner with innovative thinking； Good planning, coordinating, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills。具有良好的计划、协调、沟通、谈判和人际交往能力

6、 Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin, ideally German knowledge.

良好的英语和普通话读写能力，***懂德语

7、Teamwork skills as well as individual working capacity 具备团队合作能力和个人工作能力

8、Good understanding of different cultures； Good presentation skills；Projects Management skills
