岗位职责：

  

1、按部门工作计划上门为客户提供装机、培训、保养、和维修等售后技术服务。

  

2、装机、保养、维修结束后填写技术服务报告，录入客户服务系统。

  

3、为客户提供电话咨询、远程或现场等方式的售后技术服务。

  

4、及时收集技术情报并上报，提出产品改进的需求。

  

5、及时向其他技术人员提供帮助。

  

5、参与对客户定期进行电话回访，并填写相关记录；

  

6、完成上级交办的其他任务。 

  任职要求：

  

1、电子电气、计算机应用、自动化、机电等相关专业大专以上学历；

  

2、能理解基本的电气原理，熟悉计算机硬件结构、较熟练独立完成计算机操作系统安装，并熟练掌握常用软件的操作，如office等。

  

3、具备基本网络知识、熟悉局域网内各单元，有能力独立完成局域网搭建工作。

  

4、具有较好的语言表达能力和沟通技巧，善于独立思考和解决问题，能承担一定的工作压力。

  

5、学习能力强、服务意识好、有责任心及团队协作精神。

  

6、至少能通过辅助工具阅读英文技术资料；

  

7、能适应经常性出差；

  

8、相关喷墨/热敏打印机或影像冲印设备维修服务工作经验者优先。 

  工作条件:

  

1、工作场所:平时上海办公室，有需要时出差和加班，出差经常。

  

2、环境状况:舒适。
