MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

• Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation.

• Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown, required 24hours stand by.

• Setup production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and installation, upgrade and support to process improvement.

• Provide repair and maintenance for the line equipment and facility related services, perform general periodic maintenance.

• Assist in paperwork on daily maintenance works, do the downtime analysis and work out the root cause finding and improvement action.

• Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM and TPM instructions and train PM technicians and TPM operators.

• Identify spare part/tooling, create and update, maintain the spare part list.

• Working on expense saving, have detail plan, action and result on cost saving

• Bring up the technician on skills, responsibility and strong the team problem solving ability

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

• Can speak English, communicate with foreigners and fluent at reading.

• Understand process methods of operation and maintenance.  Must understand critical characteristics of component, process and equipment.

• Ability to understand and use Electronic, Electro-Mechanical and Pneumatic schematics or mechanical drawings to resolve various performance deficiencies.

• Familiar with AB PLC, servo and hydraulic system, mechanics, pneumatics, and electrically controlled machinery as used in an automated production environment

• Familiar with servo press, screwing driver, vision check system, feed system, traceability system as used in automatic assembly line.

• Able to utilize critical thinking skills as applied to root-cause troubleshooting and analysis.

• Able to update and maintain machine reference documents and technical procedures is desired

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

• Educational: Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

• Experience: 3+years experience in the assemble -manufacturing fields.
