Job Description

Senior Marketing Specialist will be accountable to drive new marketing campaigns and responsible to develop all type of contents. S/he will need to:

· Actively communicate with Business Leaders in SBU to formulate the Sales & Marketing plan to drive new growth;

· Cooperate with different stakeholders to request for, develop and fine tune content;

· Pitch, develop, and execute new contents in different formats, including article, social media feeds, videos, etc, and in timely manner;

· Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to align on content development schedule and distribution channels;

· Monitor and evaluate performance of different sales campaigns;

· In charge of commissioning production houses while overseeing all pre and post production when necessary;

· Contribute to creative meetings and brainstorm sessions.

Job Requirements

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing

· Good editorial judgement and extensive knowledge of news and current events, entertainment, culture and viral content

· Great organization skills and multi-tasking

· Excellent people skills

· Must work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment

· Well versed in all areas of video production is a plus

· Must be okay with occasional travel and field producing

· Work well under pressure with an ability to meet deadlines
