1、负责依据生产需求对公司生产设备进行开发和升级改造工作；

2、负责制定设备改造的长期、中期、短期目标，及具体改造方案和实施计划；

3、负责工厂整体设备的管理工作，带领团队做好设备保养计划和设备人员培训工作；

4、不断改进和完善生产工具，提高生产效率。

任职资格：

1. 机械、自动化等相关专业本科以上学历

2. 5年以上相关经验

3. 熟悉国家与地方的行业规范、强制性标准条文及法律、法规文件

4. 良好的沟通协调能力，具有较强的现场管理能力

5.有自动化设备升级、改造、开发经验
