Position Summary / 职位概述:

The Site of IE Engineer will be charge SOP (Standard Operating Process) of all products. Identified and update STD for products and components, participate with lean manufacturing and productivity improvement.

Job Responsibility / 工作职责：

1.     Prepare and update SOP (Standard Operating Process) o according to product specification

根据产品规范编制产品的标准化作业指导书并维护。

2.     Define STD time for new product and components, maintain STD time in SAP system

确定新产品及部件的工程装配时间和财务时间，维护产品族的标准时间数据库。

3.     Apply lean manufacturing and Industry engineering knowledge to measure cycle time, analysis, improve line balance rate and output increase.

利用工业工程和精益生产对作业时间测量，分析，调整以提高线平衡率和产出增加。

4.     Update SOP according to ECN requirements and engineering notification, cooperate with QA for customer complaints investigation. drive standardize work

依据ECN和工程通知更新工艺文件，配合客户投诉调查，主导标准化操作

5.      Verify operator training and cross training. , regularly audit for SOP implementation.

工艺指导书发放，指导和培训，并定期对作业指导书的实施进行审核。

6.     Participate lean manufacturing project to solve bottleneck and reduce wastes ,improve production productivity

 参与精益生产的项目解决瓶颈和减少浪费，提高生产效率。

 

Qualification/ 任职资格

1.     Know sewing machine mechanism and good hands-on skills.

熟悉缝纫机工作原理和动手能力

2  .Industry engineer or process engineer work experience, STD and line design background,

工业工程师或工艺工程师工作经验，有标准时间及生产线布线背景

3.  Proficient in software, Excel; PPT; AutoCAD； Pro-E etc.

熟练软件 , Excel; PPT; AutoCAD； Pro-E 等

4  .This position requires a Bachelor’s degree (preferably mechanical, industrial engineering,) work experience of 4 years at least

本科及以上学历，机械专业或工业工程； 至少4年的工作经验；

5.  Lean Manufacturing experience is preferred.
